Right of withdrawal — 14 days
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase date (EU Consumer Rights Directive / Norwegian angrerettloven). We apply it simply: ask within 14 days of purchase or renewal and we refund the full amount — even if you have already used the Pluss features.
How to request a refund
Email Vegard.Hanssen@menneske.no from the address the account is registered with, or use the links in the receipt email from Paddle. The refund is executed by Paddle (the merchant of record) back to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
After a refund or cancellation
A refund ends the Pluss access. With an ordinary cancellation you keep Pluss until the paid period runs out. Local progress in your browser is yours regardless; synced statistics stay on the account and light up again if you later renew.
